At all times any private information held shall be securely stored and managed within the guidelines as outlined within the privacy policy. Within this frame work we shall strive to continually improve the protection of an individual's private information.
Regarding the collection, use and sharing of personally identifiable information.
The collection of any personally identifiable information is performed only with the consent of the individual. Personal information will only be used having obtained the agreement of the individual and in the manner to which the individual has agreed that the information be used.
Regarding the security of personally identifiable information
All reasonable measures are taken to ensure no unlawful data access, leaks or destruction of all stored private information.

All national laws concerning the protection of individual information and other standards are observed and included in all in house rules.
Continuous Improvement
At regular intervals, reviews are undertaken to assess any individual needs or updates of IT skills that may be required, thus providing continuous improvement to the compliance program.
